Your safety is my top priority at Bound Raven Studio. Every tattoo is performed in a clean, controlled environment using strict sanitation and sterilization practices.
All equipment is cleaned and disinfected according to state and local health regulations
Single-use, disposable needles and supplies are used for every client
All work surfaces are properly disinfected between clients
Handwashing and protective barriers are used throughout every procedure
Bound Raven Studio follows all required health and safety standards to reduce the risk of infection and ensure a safe experience for every client.
Licensing & Compliance
Bound Raven Studio is owned and operated by Shelbi, a licensed tattoo artist.
The studio operates in full compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 221, which governs tattooing, sanitation, and client safety within the state of Wisconsin.
Written and verbal aftercare instructions are provided to every client.

Appointments
All tattoos are done by appointment only to allow focused, one-on-one time with each client.
To request an appointment, please use the booking form at the top of the page, you’ll include:
Your full name
A clear description of your idea
Placement and approximate size
Reference images (if applicable)
Preferred date(s)/availability
Age & ID Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment
No exceptions are made for minors
Booking Retainer
A non-refundable. non-transferable booking retainer is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to reschedule
No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of booking retainer
Health Disclosure
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions that may affect the tattooing or healing process. If you have concerns, please consult a medical professional prior to booking.
